We conduct rigorous testing on the packaging materials to ensure their suitability for shipping and delivery.
Please note that a shipping charge of Rs.99 will apply to all orders below Rs.699.
Delivery Process:
Upon processing your order, our system conducts a thorough inspection of the products to guarantee their perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, the products are meticulously packed and handed over to our trusted logistic partners.
Our logistic partner then ensures prompt delivery to your provided shipping address. In case of any delivery challenges, our partner will contact you to resolve the issue.
While we strive to ship all products together, there may be instances where partial shipments are necessary.
Packaging:
Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with extra protection for fragile items like glass bottles. The securely wrapped products are then placed in cardboard boxes before being handed over to our logistics partners. Jangam Ayurveda takes responsibility for any damages occurring during transit.
Shipping Locations:
We ship throughout India, covering almost all pin-codes. The list of serviceable pin-codes may change based on logistics partnerships. Check the delivery coverage for your pin-code on our product pages or during checkout.
Order Tracking:
Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and courier company details. Registered users can track orders through the “My Account” section on our website.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order placement. We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours, with delivery typically taking 2-7 days based on the shipping address. While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
Delivery Attempts:
Our logistic partner will make three attempts to deliver the products. If unsuccessful, you can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule.
